Absarokee Evangelical Church (AEC) (https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) is seeking a full‑time Senior Pastor.
The Big PictureOur church seeks a pastor who shepherds our congregation and assists the Overseers in the administration of the life and direction of the Church. The pastor will have a firm grasp on the purpose, values, and strategy, and will align and guide staff and leadership teams with the mission, providing pastoral leadership alongside lay members. The pastor will ensure that systems, practices, and policies responsibly and effectively support ministry activities.

PastorRequired Qualifications
- Seminary graduate (or willingness to pursue Seminary training or PESM)
- Basic computer skills
Salary and benefits: $70,000 per year, with options for distribution between salary, retirement savings, and medical insurance. A manufactured‑home parsonage will be provided; pastor responsible for utilities.
The pastor will be engaged in a small community, with opportunities for the Church to serve others. Our congregation includes a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, including an active senior group, youth group for teens, and a history of dynamic Bible study groups.
