B (inaugurated in 2019), three neighborhood libraries, and a B!

B+ lounge installed in a community center. This network is part of the larger community network of Balises, labeled BNR, which includes the libraries of the urban community of Dunkerque. The network of libraries in Dunkerque is an integral part of the cultural policy of the city of Dunkerque, alongside museums, the Conservatory of Music and Drama, the municipal school of fine arts, and the municipal aquarium.

In this context, you participate in the development and implementation of cultural, educational, and social policy. You propose and implement animations within and outside the libraries. You contribute to the quality of public reception and the improvement of services to the population.
