We are looking for an animator for a position in Sainghin En Mélentois to be filled for every Wednesday until 01/07/2026. The animator participates in the conception of the pedagogical project, ensures the activities, the supervision and contributes to the flourishing of the publics welcomed.

Roles:

• Participate in the elaboration of the pedagogical project;
• Propose animation projects responding to the objectives of the pedagogical project;
• Animate actions towards the welcomed publics;
• Ensure the physical and moral safety of the participants and contribute to the good functioning of the welcome and the well-being of the welcomed publics;
• Take charge of a group during the times of welcome;
• Participate in the good déroulement of the setting up of the market on its site.

Functions:
Pedagogical organization of the activities:

• Ensure the physical, affective and moral safety of the welcomed publics;
• Animate actions for the welcomed publics on the times of Wednesdays and school holidays, allowing the public to enrich themselves;
• Take into account the needs, the desires and the rhythm of the welcomed publics;
• Participate in the programming of the animations;
• Participate, at the end of each period, to the pedagogical balance of the actions put in place;
• Participate to the pointage of the presences of the children on site;

Actor in the setting up of the projects:

• Participate in the elaboration of the animation projects;
• Be motor and/or carrier of animation projects in the framework of exceptional project (for the projects of neighborhood, inter structure …) with its director;
• Command to its director of site, the material necessary to the good déroulement of its animation projects;
• Take charge of a group and propose animations, alone or in team;
• Manage the daily life times.

Links with the parents and the partners:

• Welcome the families and the children:
  Be at the listening of the difficulties encountered by the children, of the ideas, of the propositions, of the evaluations made by the parents on the subject of the center, explain the functioning and the activities of the center (panneau d'affichage, flyer…)
• Transmit to the parents the informations linked to the day.
• Participate to the manifestations and events;
• Make remonter to its director of site the informations linked to the site (degradation, difficulties encountered with the children…).
• 1 position to be filled in CEE 72,30€ brut / day

Formation:

• Bafa complete
