With 1000 passionate and committed collaborators, it represents over 119,000 artisans each year and trains more than 8,000 apprentices.

You take charge of teaching actions in the field of bakery:

• You design programs, build appropriate pedagogical tools, aligned with the exam and complementary to the training center/enterprises,
• You prepare and animate the pedagogical sequences,
• You evaluate the learner's work during the pedagogical sequence and by noting the work,
• You participate in evaluations and exams,
• You ensure exchanges and communication between the training center, the enterprise, and the family,
• You perform administrative and consultation tasks related to the pedagogical activity

• Minimum holder of BP Boulanger (level
  4); a diploma in pastry would be desirable.

• Pedagogue with teaching experience,

• Passion for engaging, transmitting, and contributing to the development of learners,

• Sense of listening and communication,

• Team spirit, enthusiastic, and voluntary,

• Sense of rigor and organization,

• At least 2 years of professional practice experience
