Within the branch, you will take charge of teaching actions in the field of pastry:

• You design programs, build appropriate pedagogical tools, aligned with the exam reference and the training center/enterprises' complementarity,
• You prepare and animate the pedagogical sequences,
• You evaluate the learner's work during and after the pedagogical sequence by annotating the work,
• You participate in evaluations and exams,
• You ensure exchanges and communication between the training center, the enterprise, and the family,
• You fulfill the administrative and coordination tasks related to the pedagogical activity.

• Holder of a level 4 diploma (BTM) in the field of pastry,
• Pedagogical with teaching experience,
• A passion for engaging, transmitting, and contributing to the development of learners,
• A sense of listening and communication,
• Team spirit, enthusiastic, and voluntary,
• A sense of rigor and organization,
• Knowledge of the artisanal world and the specifics of the apprenticeship,
• Proficiency in computer tools and quality writing (course support).
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
