Job DescriptionWithin the branch, you will take charge of teaching actions in the field of pastry:
- You design programs, build appropriate pedagogical tools, aligned with the exam reference and the training center/enterprises' complementarity,
- You prepare and animate the pedagogical sequences,
- You evaluate the learner's work during and after the pedagogical sequence by annotating the work,
- You participate in evaluations and exams,
- You ensure exchanges and communication between the training center, the enterprise, and the family,
- You fulfill the administrative and coordination tasks related to the pedagogical activity.
- Holder of a level 4 diploma (BTM) in the field of pastry,
- Pedagogical with teaching experience,
- A passion for engaging, transmitting, and contributing to the development of learners,
- A sense of listening and communication,
- Team spirit, enthusiastic, and voluntary,
- A sense of rigor and organization,
- Knowledge of the artisanal world and the specifics of the apprenticeship,
- Proficiency in computer tools and quality writing (course support).
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
