• State licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Understanding of MT state education regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with educational testing, IEP development, and intervention strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within interdisciplinary teams

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
• Develop and implement academic and behavioral interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including IEPs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student progress and strategies
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Stay current with best practices in school psychology and participate in ongoing professional development
