Primary Responsibility
Instructional Coordinator & Apprenticeship Program Instructor is a combined role that is responsible for developing, programming and leading an internship program for students with local business and organizations. This position will cultivate relationships in collaboration with the Early Childhood Program Chair and School Dean. This position works with apprenticeship site staff, students, state regulatory offices, CMC Work-based learning initiatives, and other stakeholders in establishing guidelines, policies, schedules, deadlines, and reporting structures.
Under the supervision of the Early Childhood Program Chair and School Dean, this position is responsible for designing, facilitating, implementing, assessing, and reporting experiences for all CMC ECE Apprenticeship courses and components while properly applying all relevant program accreditation/credentialling standards from the National Association for the Education of Young Children, Colorado Department of Early Childhood, and Colorado Department of Education.
This position also is expected to teach 9 credits per year in the related field
