Senior OPC Planner

We are looking for a Senior OPC Planner to support a major industrial project in the construction phase in northern France.

The mission is set in a demanding technical environment, composed of multiple work lots, important site interfaces, and a strong coordination logic between civil engineering, technical lots, utilities, processes, and commissioning.

In support of the OPC lead and the project team, your mission will be to structure, follow, and update the project schedules.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Elaborate and maintain project schedules under Primavera P6.
• Produce level 3 and level 4 schedules.
• Integrate the schedules of the work companies into the reference schedule.
• Follow the real progress of the site and analyze the discrepancies.
• Identify critical paths and planning margins.
• Perform planning impact analyses and "what-if" scenarios.
• Consolidate weekly progress data.
• Prepare reporting supports: S-curves, dashboards, progress indicators.
• Participate in work coordination meetings.
• Contribute to the integration of commissioning and acceptance milestones.

You are a confirmed planner, with significant experience on complex industrial or infrastructure projects.

Pre-requisites desired:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project planning.
• Very good mastery of Primavera P6.
• Experience with multi-lot, multi-company, and work phase schedules.
• Knowledge of OPC logic, critical path, contractual milestones, and progress tracking.
• Ability to produce clear and exploitable reporting for project management.
• Mastery of Excel and project reporting tools.
• Professional English desired.
• Diligence, synthesis spirit, anticipation, and good communication.

Assets:

• Knowledge of Navisworks or 3D/4D coordination tools.
• Experience in EPC/industrial construction environments.
• Experience in commissioning/commissioning.
• Experience on energy, chemical, process, nuclear, infrastructure, or heavy industry projects.
