  • Definition of product-specific test requirements and justified deviations based on global test specifications and mission profiles
  • Evaluation and interpretation of reliability test results in relation to product performance, application conditions, and customer expectations, including structured disposition and risk mitigation approach for qualification failures
  • Analysis and understanding of failure mechanisms, including degradation behavior, physics-of-failure, and correlation to product design and stress conditions
  • Development and application of lifetime and acceleration models, including wear-out mechanisms and extrapolation approaches
  • Definition of reliability concepts, decision logic, and product-specific best practices based on product requirements and global standards

  • Participation in project decision gates and reviews, providing reliability recommendations
  • Ownership of reliability KPIs at product and program level, including definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement (e.g. qualification robustness, failure rates, lifecycle performance)
  • Responsibility for robust reliability strategies and programs across the product lifecycle, including new product development, change management, and ongoing reliability monitoring
  • Consolidation and communication of reliability findings and contribution to continuous improvement
About You:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or Comparable
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as Product Reliability Engineer in the high-power semiconductor Industry
  • Strong experience in semiconductor or electronic component reliability
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor failure mechanisms, degradation behavior, and reliability testing principles
