Falcomm seeks an RF IC design engineer to advance energy‑efficient power amplifier technologies for SATCOM, Wi‑Fi, and cellular applications. You will design, simulate, and tapeout PA blocks for 60 GHz and below, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate into SoCs.
The ideal candidate holds a Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of RF PA design experience, strong EM knowledge, and hands‑on lab skills in Cadence Virtuoso, HFSS, and ADS.
