Requirements ### Must have:
- We require a bachelors degree in engineering, with a focus in chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical, or nuclear engineering.
- For our mid-level engineer role, we look for a bachelors degree in engineering plus 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
- For our senior engineer role, we look for a bachelors degree in engineering plus 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
- We require the ability to meet minimum access or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, along with a favorable medical examination and/or testing based on the duties of the role.
- Preferred experience includes work in IVVI, ISI, or materials program engineering.
- Familiarity with BWRVIP guidance, ASME Section XI interfaces, and NRC inspection support is preferred.
- Refueling outage execution support experience is preferred.
- We own and manage the In-Vessel Inspection program in alignment with BWRVIP guidance, regulatory requirements, and our program plans.
- We maintain and revise IVI program documentation, technical justifications, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- We develop inspection scopes and support execution during refueling outages.
- We assess inspection findings and manage indications to help preserve reactor component integrity.
- We provide technical expertise for regulatory audits, reporting, and continuous program improvement.
- We perform engineering and technical work under direct supervision in support of nuclear plant operations.
- We support refueling outages, including extended hours when needed.
- We may travel occasionally to support the fleet, benchmarking efforts, or vendor engagements.
