Position Overview

Night Shift Housekeeper Shift Lead in White. Pay Rate: $18.50/hr shift:
Sun-Wed 6PM-5AM. Overnight and day shifts available. Fulltime work. Weekly pay on Fridays.

• Responsible for daily operations and quality control at the assigned account, within the Operational Division.

• Must be at least 21 years of age with background in Janitorial.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred; or equivalent professional work experience and training certifications.
• Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Must provide a local criminal background search and submit to a nationwide check by the company.
• Have no misdemeanor convictions for any crimes of moral turpitude.
• Must submit to and return acceptable scoring on designated testing.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Must be willing to work at any hours the job requires.
• Be willing to participate in training sessions and meetings when scheduled.
• Must possess good problem‑solving skills.
• Read and comprehend policies and procedures written or spoken in English.
• Must possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations and be able to multi‑task.
• Communicate utilizing the English language and interface effectively in a pleasant "Customer Service" tone.
• Possess patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as diplomacy and professionalism when dealing with any person in the work environment, no matter the circumstances.
• Adhere to all safety requirements of Sizemore.
• Operate specialized equipment when trained and authorized with no issues.
• You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

• Majority of work will be performed in a climatically controlled building in a 24‑hr operational facility.
