Job Title

Under the responsibility of the Store Manager, you will ensure the reception of customers, the sale and the application of the commercial and marketing policy.

Your main missions under the supervision of the Store Manager will be as follows:

Customer Reception/Advice:

- Reception, listening and advice to the client towards the games and services corresponding to the expressed needs,

- Ensure the quality of the customer relationship in order to improve its satisfaction and strengthen its loyalty to the brand.

Sales Animation:

- Sale of Micromania products and valorization of services,

- Demonstration of games,

- Promotion of TOP and novelties,

- Restocking, price labeling, rigorous organization.

Administrative Management of the Point of Sale:

- Cash handling,

- Product reservation,

- Reception of orders, item accounting, referencing,

- Monitoring of stock levels, identification of needs for replenishment and preparation of orders.

You have a training equivalent to BAC, to the Professional Certificate and you have a first experience in commerce allowing you to master the sales techniques.

You are passionate about the video game universe and place the satisfaction of the client and the achievement of the set objectives at the heart of your priorities.
