SummaryAssist guests and employees in parking in a safe and organized manner to assigned lots and designated spaces, maintain order in parking areas, anticipate guest needs, and greet each guest and employee in a polite and courteous manner.
Duties and Responsibilities- Direct guests and employees to appropriate parking locations. Anticipate and answer guest questions when they arrive at the resort.
- Arrange parking sanctions and cones as needed to direct traffic to specific areas.
- Maintain order in parking lots through crowd control efforts.
- Always maintain a clean and welcoming work environment in the parking lot.
- Exhibit a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude at all times.
- Operate authorized company vehicles to transport guests and equipment as needed.
- Contribute to the team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintaining a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
- Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by the immediate supervisor.
- Parking attendants that are 18 years or older may be asked to assist at the Tubing Hill safety loading and unloading guests in accordance with resort policies and procedures.
- Flexible working hours.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. - Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs. - Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Resort certification on any necessary equipment.
Regularly required to stand and talk or hear; frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work EnvironmentExposed to guest/employee interaction, moving mechanical parts, and outdoor weather conditions; occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; moderate noise level.
