Young Potential Programma

Are you interested in accounting, taxation, or financial advice? Within our Young Potential Program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the structure of RFN. In this program, you will combine an in-depth education in French accounting and taxation with a focused development plan to evolve into a role as an Expert, Consultant, or Team Lead.

Kick-off:
Together with the other young potentials, you will begin an intensive training program where you will build a strong foundation in French accounting and taxation.

In practice:
You will put your new knowledge into practice by working on test dossiers and supporting colleagues on existing dossiers. From day one, you will participate in meetings, call consultants, and work on dossiers in various sectors such as heritage, agriculture, and enterprises. Ready for more responsibility? You will soon have your own dossiers and act as the direct contact person for your client.

• You are curious about French accounting. We will make you a true France expert.
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or in another (financial) direction.
• You are customer-oriented, numerically strong, and analytically minded.
• You have a high level of integrity and ethical awareness, essential in dealing with confidential financial information.
• You are a strategic thinker, with strong organizational skills.

During our Young Potential Program, we prepare you for an international career at RFN!

These options are open to you:

Flexibility:
Choose the duration of your workweek; 32, 35, or 40 hours. With the choice of 40 hours, you can opt for extra cash or 12 extra days of leave. Early bird or late starter? No problem, choose the start of your workday yourself. If you choose our flex system, you can arrange your workweek so that you have free Wednesday afternoons and/or Friday afternoons.

Prefer a (different) fixed free afternoon? Even in a full-time workweek, this is possible!

Interesting leave system:
Your leave days are freely selectable! In France, you have 25 statutory leave days and 11 public holidays. Depending on the leave system you choose, you can get 12 extra leave days.

Great training:
We are very strong (though we say so ourselves) in training colleagues. If you want to learn even more besides your individual training plan, we are always open to external training courses. We also offer language training within working hours.

Motivating salary package:
We work out a salary package for you, tailored to your knowledge and experience. This includes, among other things, a health insurance, year-end bonus, laptop and mobile phone + subscription. In addition, as a Belgian, you also benefit from a tax advantage if you come to work in France.

Diverse work locations:
We have several sites. Our headquarters are in Boeschepe, we have a second site in Lille and soon a third site in Roncq! We provide extra IT equipment, which makes working anywhere equally pleasant!

Nice perks:
Probably not decisive, but still worth mentioning! Our Events Team organizes several activities annually (Summer Fest, Family Day, sports events...). We have a well-equipped Bistrot (with our famous snack bar, fresh soup in winter, fresh fruit...).
