Location: New Year
Source is seeking a Vice President/Head of Finance to lead financial strategy for a multi‑stream business operating remotely. You will own FP&A, accounting, reporting, and cash flow management while partnering with the CEO on capital allocation and strategic initiatives.
You will build a scalable financial architecture as Source transitions from a managed services model to a hybrid platform, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and drive M&A and integration efforts across entities.
