• Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least 1 year of adult experience.
• Valid RT‑MT license (copy required).
• RRT certification from National Board for Respiratory Care (copy required).
• BLS‑AHA certification (copy required).
• Social Security Number and Date of Birth required.
• Work history with no more than 90 days gap in last 1 year.
