A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus Home Care family of companies. We are looking for amazing CNAs! If you like variety and learning new skills, then this is for you.
We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care, all shifts.
Responsibilities- Work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, one-to-one care.
- Help with ADLs, charting and executing plans of care.
- On-site training is provided.
- If responsibilities are properly fulfilled, more shifts will become available.
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist.
- Proof of current immunizations (TB test, Hep
B). - Reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
