Position Summary:

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will work in long‑term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice and in‑home care. Your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), charting, and executing plans of care. On‑site training is provided. Successful fulfillment of responsibilities may lead to more shift opportunities.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Charting and documentation of care
• Executing plans of care as directed by nursing staff
• Support in assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in‑home settings

• Current Montana (MT) CNA license with an MT CNA Skills checklist
• Proof of current immunizations (TB test, Hep
  
  B)
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
