Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends

$18.48-$19.30/hour DOE

As our Intake Coordinator, you'll be the first voice patients hear and the first face they see - guiding them into medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services that truly change lives. What You'll Do

* Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism

* Appointment scheduling and calendar coordination

* Insurance verification and eligibility checks

* Electronic Medical Records (EMR) data entry

* Front desk customer service

* Answering multi-line phones

* Assisting with billing inquiries

* Coordinating care across medical, dental, behavioral health & pharmacy

What We're Looking For

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Clear, compassionate communication

EMR/EHR systems experience (preferred, not required)

High School Diploma or GED required

Valid Driver's License required

1+ year experience in medical office, healthcare administration, receptionist, patient services, or customer service preferred
