Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking a local contract Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13‑week outpatient-focused contract at a community‑based facility in Baker, Montana. The role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience, an active state PT license, and the ability to treat a broad range of patient presentations.

• Perform patient assessment, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate progress.
• Educate and provide guidance to patients and families to support functional goal achievement.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary health professionals and support staff in a collaborative environment.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a physical therapist.
• Active state PT license.
• Broad clinical competency to treat diverse outpatient patient population.
• Ability to adapt to a community‑centered, collaborative care approach.
• Documentation of DOB and SSN may be required for consideration.
