Ultrasound Technologist (RDMS) – TMS. Full-time, Part-time, Contract. In-Office | Crow Agency, MT, United States.

• Perform and interpret ultrasound exams with RDMS accuracy and quality.
• Maintain strict patient safety, infection control, and equipment sanitization.
• Document findings clearly in patient records and communicate results to physicians promptly.
• Demonstrate measurable performance through productivity metrics and target attainment.
• Adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Coordinate with cross-functional team to optimize patient flow and throughput.
• Continuously pursue professional development and pursue RDMS recertification goals.
• Assist with scheduling, triage, and managing priority cases to maximize pipeline efficiency.
• Ensure proper equipment calibration, quality control, and downtime reporting.
• Collaborate with physicians to discuss complex findings and aid in clinical decision-making.
• Educate patients about procedures, benefits, and post-procedure care to enhance experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and coordinate with procurement for requisitions.

• RDMS certification and active licensure as ultrasound technologist
• Proficient performance of ultrasound exams with accurate interpretation
• Strong patient safety, infection control, and equipment sanitization practices
• Accurate documentation and timely communication of findings to physicians
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards
• Active pursuit of RDMS recertification and ongoing professional development
• Ability to meet productivity targets and contribute to throughput throughput
• Participation in quality control, equipment calibration, and downtime reporting
• Cross-functional collaboration to optimize patient flow and case prioritization
• Patient education on procedures, benefits, and post-procedure care
