• Travel assignment with dedicated support

• Operate ionizing imaging equipment to produce radiographs of designated body regions as ordered by a licensed physician
• Evaluate radiographs for diagnostic quality and obtain the optimum information for each exam
• Adhere to established departmental procedures, safety guidelines, and radiation protection protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients and with an interdisciplinary health care team; respond to emergent situations as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation, label and process images, and support quality assurance activities
• Ensure patient safety, proper shielding, and compliance with ARRT and state regulations

• Active Montana Radiologic Technologist License with the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists
• ARRT Certification active and in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited 24-month Radiologic Technology program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Evidence of compliance with ARRT continuing education requirements
• Ability to work in a hospital imaging department and collaborate with clinical staff
