Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation

Schedule:

4x10 or 5x8

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

  Hours:
  
  40 per week

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in PT
• Active state PT license
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Additional certifications (e.g., dry needling, pelvic floor certification)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with injuries or illnesses impacting mobility and function.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatments and recovery processes.
• Utilize computer applications to document patient care and progress.
