  • Document patient condition and progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licenses/Certification:
Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed. Current CPR certification.

Experience:

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
