Role Overview:

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide personalized care for individuals aiming to regain independence in daily activities. The role involves assessments, tailored treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.

- Educate clients and caregivers on home exercises and adaptive techniques.

- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress.

Qualifications:

- State licensure, or ability to obtain

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
