A background of behavioral technicians, Developmental Disability, CPI (not required but will need to train at the facility and understand that is what we use every day)

Shift Requirements:

• Prefer Open Shift Availability
• Float Pool
• Experience with Adult Psych facilities Required
• Highly skilled in De-Escalation

Certified Nurse Aides(CNAs) assist residents with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the residents with basic hygiene such as bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing
• Performing health related tasks such as taking and recording vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting in emergency situations
• Transports the residents to appointments assisting as needed

Qualifications for this Career Opportunity:

• Ability to communicate information and follow instructions explicitly both orally and in writing
• Ability to make observations and report/record accurately
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, maintaining them over time
• Basic knowledge of personal hygiene
• Meet minimum qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
• Two years of job-related experience working with other people in a healthcare setting or group home
