Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs. The goal is to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. This role requires collaboration with providers and care teams across various care settings. The position may involve both outpatient and inpatient care, as well as home visits. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience are preferred.

First-time travelers are accepted if they have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Weekend coverage is required every third week. No on-call duty is required. Floating to sister facilities is not expected. The hospital may accommodate a block schedule. No restrictions on requests for time off. Special requirements include experience with a diverse range of patient diagnoses. Skills needed for this role include assessment, discharge planning, and patient education.

Candidates should also have experience with therapeutic techniques and safety protocols. Knowledge of charting systems is preferred.
