Physical Therapist

Provide expert physical therapy services to patients by evaluating their condition, developing personalized treatment plans, and offering health education to promote wellness and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical and functional status through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans within the scope of physical therapy practice.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries in compliance with organizational policies.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on pain management, safety strategies, and therapeutic exercises.
• Identify safety concerns and take appropriate measures to ensure patient, family, and staff safety.
• Maintain timely completion of all required education and regulatory compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Possess Montana State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Have at least two (2) years of relevant physical therapy experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending regularly.
