• Support the supervising physical therapist with evaluation, plan implementation, and progression of treatment for LTAC/long-term care residents
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises, ROM, gait training, and functional mobility activities under direction
• Assist with patient transfers, bed mobility, and the safe use of assistive devices
• Document patient progress, adjust activities within approved plans, and communicate changes to the supervising therapist and care team
• Maintain safe patient handling practices, equipment setup, and infection control standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support discharge planning and patient goals

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant licensure or eligibility consistent with state regulations
• Availability for a 13-week travel assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Monday–Friday shift availability
• Ability to work effectively in a long-term care/nursing home setting
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

• Dedicated recruiter and travel-support contact throughout the assignment
• Credentialing and onboarding assistance to streamline start
• Ongoing assignment support with scheduling and supervisor coordination
• Weekly pay processed per week
