Logan Health -  - Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation and progression of individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist;
Provide physical therapy treatments in accordance with established care plans, department standards, and scope of practice;
Document treatments accurately, including therapy units billed and time associated with patient care;
Communicate patient concerns, changes in condition, and treatment updates promptly and professionally to the supervising Physical Therapist and care team;
Help promote a safe, efficient, and supportive rehabilitation environment for patients and colleagues
