Provide basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of assigned leadership and as applicable to assigned area(s).;
Communicate with assigned leadership to coordinate workloads and patient priorities.;
Take accurate vital signs and inform appropriate stakeholders of abnormalities or changes in condition.;
Document the care rendered to patients accurately and timely per department procedure.;
Maintain patient privacy and safety in accordance with Logan Health policies and procedures.
