Logan Health - - Responsibilities:
Delivers and assists in delivery of basic patient care under the guidance and direction of assigned leadership and as applicable to assigned area(s).;
Communicates with assigned leadership to coordinate workloads and patient priorities.;
Performs accurate CNA assessment while taking patient’s vital signs.;
Informs appropriate stakeholders of abnormal vital signs or changes in patient condition per protocol.;
Maintains patient privacy and assists with activities of daily living as applicable.
