Physical Therapist

Provide skilled physical therapy services to outpatient and inpatient clients to facilitate recovery and improve mobility. Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on post-therapy care and exercises.
• Document clinical assessments, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or be licensed via compact for physical therapy.
• BLS certification is required.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Possess excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior outpatient and inpatient experience preferred.
