Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation

Shift: 4x10 or 5x8

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Hours:

40 per week

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in physical therapy
• Active state PT License
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Certifications including, but not limited to, dry needling or pelvic floor certified therapist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with injuries or illnesses that limit their ability to move and/or function in daily life.
• Work as part of a rehabilitation team in a healthcare setting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Assess and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and exercises to enhance recovery.
