- Housing: housing may be available; if used, billed directly at monthly rates of $500 or $650, depending on option; rates subject to change
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with injuries or illnesses that limit movement and daily function
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans of care and document progress
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to coordinate care and ensure safe patient handling
- Provide therapy across the continuum of care, potentially traveling between facilities as needed
- Adapt interventions based on patient response and clinical guidelines; apply evidence-based PT practices
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and comply with regulatory standards
- Education:
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate) in physical therapy - Licenses/certifications:
Active Montana Physical Therapist license;
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Experience:
Demonstrated ability to use computer applications in a healthcare setting; problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to perform all physical requirements of the role (lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.) - Additional:
Willingness to travel between rural facilities as needed; ability to work in a rural healthcare setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams - Certifications noted in Job Notes (e.g., dry needling or pelvic floor certification) may be applicable
