Therapist – Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Provides specialized physical therapy treatments to patients recovering from injuries, muscle, nerve, joint, and bone conditions. Aims to restore functional mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent long-term disability through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on medical diagnoses.
• Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments using appropriate techniques and modalities.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient recovery and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and maintain patient safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Montana physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of electronic medical records experience, preferably with EPIC.
• Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic, neurological, inpatient, and outpatient therapy settings.
• Be knowledgeable of current physical therapy practices and clinical guidelines.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
