• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Montana PT license required
• AHA BLS required
• 2+ years of PT experience preferred
• Must complete 2 hours of initial cerebrovascular/stroke education

• Evaluate patients' physical and functional status
• Develop and implement individualized PT plans of care
• Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Promote pain management, safety, mobility, and functional improvement
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Schedule Monday–Friday, 5×8s Typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Candidate must live at least 90 miles from the facility.
• Candidates within 90 miles will not be considered.
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract due to low census or unforeseen circumstances.

Licensed Montana PT with a Bachelor’s/DPT from an accredited program, AHA BLS, and ideally 2+ years of PT experience , who lives 90+ miles from Big Sky Medical Center .
