- Plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments for patients with injuries or diseases affecting muscles, nerves, joints, and bones to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
- Deliver mostly outpatient services with occasional inpatient coverage, coordinating with a multidisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and EMR requirements; ensure accuracy and timeliness of charting
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and safety practices; participate in discharge planning to optimize functional outcomes
- Maintain high standards of patient care, adhere to clinical guidelines, and comply with privacy and documentation regulations; EPIC experience is preferred
- Montana Physical Therapist license in good standing or eligibility; MT license in-hand preferred
- Minimum 2 years of EMR experience with proficient documentation; EPIC experience preferred
- Experience in Orthopedic, Neuro, Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) settings; mostly outpatient with some inpatient coverage
- Ability to work in a hospital setting on a day shift; willingness to travel for assignments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- 24/7 recruiter and travel support
