Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Acute Care, travel assignment in Montana. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,893–$1,932 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift: Weekdays (Monday–Friday). Work setting:
Long-term care / nursing home environment. This travel temporary assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Long-term care / nursing home
- Implement and monitor therapeutic activities under supervision of a licensed OT for residents in a LTC setting
- Assist with evaluation-driven treatment plans, ROM and strengthening exercises, and ADL training
- Provide gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility support as appropriate
- Document progress notes, treatment sessions, and patient responses in the care record
- Collaborate with rehabilitation, nursing, and therapy teams to coordinate discharge planning and goals
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and equipment sanitation during therapy sessions
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Montana or eligible for licensure
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
- 1 year of OT/COTA-related experience preferred, in LTC or acute care settings
- Ability to work Monday–Friday with reliable attendance; willingness to travel as part of a travel assignment
- Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Proficiency with basic EMR documentation and therapy equipment operation
