Employment:
Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 Per Year + Full Benefits
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 Am–5:00 Pm
The Role Involves
This position is centered on direct therapy with individuals, couples, and families across Montana. You'll meet with clients through secure video appointments and work with them on the issues they bring to treatment, including relationship difficulties, family concerns, communication problems, grief, anxiety, depression, and major life changes. You'll have responsibility for your caseload and clinical decisions while working within established professional standards.
During the week, you may:
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Complete initial evaluations and gather relevant client history
- Discuss treatment priorities and establish appropriate goals
- Use marriage and family therapy approaches suited to each case
- Reassess treatment when client circumstances or needs change
- Complete progress notes and other required clinical records
