- Nursing Home
- Provide physical therapy assistant services under supervision, contributing to the development and execution of treatment plans for residents with LTAC needs
- Assist with patient evaluations, therapeutic exercises, gait training, range-of-motion activities, and modalities as directed
- Monitor patient responses to treatment, ensure safety, and adjust activities as clinically indicated
- Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with licensed clinicians, nursing staff, and other therapy professionals to coordinate care plans and discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and documentation standards
- Travel - temporary assignment for a 13-week contract
- Availability to work Monday through Friday
