• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for general inpatient populations
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes
• Reassess patient progress regularly, adjust goals, and document outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and therapy staff to coordinate care
• Promote patient safety, manage assistive devices and equipment, and contribute to discharge planning as appropriate
• Ensure clear, timely documentation and communication across care transitions

• Ability to perform PT evaluations and develop plans of care for general inpatient populations
• Strong documentation skills and effective communication with patients and the care team
• Day shift availability for a 13-week assignment
• Willingness to meet assignment credentialing and regulatory requirements as part of onboarding
• Travel-ready with the ability to adapt to new teams and environments
