Location: Cardwell
Addus Homecare - - Responsibilities:
Travel from home to home to assist clients with activities of daily living (meal prep, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, socialization);
Provide in-home personal care services to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes;
Assist clients with range of motion, mobility, and basic exercises as directed;
Document and report client progress and any changes in condition to supervising staff;
Participate in training and ongoing education as required
