Occupational Therapist, Acute Care travel assignment in Clancy, Montana. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,893–$1,920 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift: Monday–Friday. • Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adult residents
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and function as appropriate
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, document outcomes, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in discharge planning and referrals for equipment and community-based supports as needed
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to regulatory standards, infection control, and facility policies
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals, home programs, and fall prevention strategies

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Montana or eligibility to practice
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ability to work in a long-term care/nursing home environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment with Monday–Friday schedule
• Strong documentation and communication skills
