• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Montana PT License

• Schedule options include 5x8 or 4x10 for 40 hours per week.
• This full-time role may require travel between facilities.
• Setting includes a rural healthcare environment.

Wolf Point is located along the Missouri River in northeastern Montana and offers access to Fort Peck Lake, about 55 miles away, and Fort Peck Dam, one of the largest hydraulic fill dams in the United States.
