Description:
This position supports a critical access hospital.
The role offers a variety of experiences in the care of both emergency department and acute swing bed patients.
Enjoy all that the surrounding area has to offer.
The RN position cares for admission and observation patients with assistance from support staff.
The RN may float to the emergency department when patients arrive.
Typical admissions include rehabilitation or swing bed patients needing therapy services before discharge.
Some special procedures may include IVIG infusions and port flushes.
Patient care is delivered in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment.
The emergency department typically sees a lower patient census.
Candidates should possess experience in a busy emergency department setting.
Vaccination requirements include COVID-19 vaccination with exemptions accepted for medical or religious reasons.
