Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Nursing at Granite County Medical Center, located in Granite County, MT. The role includes overseeing the nursing staff, developing patient care strategies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Key responsibilities involve staff management, policy implementation, performance evaluations, and maintaining the highest quality of patient care within the facility. The Director of Nursing will serve as a leader and mentor, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while addressing the needs of both patients and clinical staff.
Qualifications- Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare protocols, compliance, and patient care standards
- Proven ability in policy creation, strategic planning, and operational management
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Montana
- Experience in rural healthcare settings is a plus
