• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor will work FT Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday
  -Saturday
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor is provided relocation assistance
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor can stay on campus during work week, if desired
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor joins a team of 9 therapist caring for 40 Residents
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor provides 1;1 session’s
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor lead 4-6 group sessions per week, including experiential groups
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor caseload is 8 youth participating in 9-12 months care
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor treats depression, anxiety, op positional defiance, Autism Level I
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor communicates with parents effectively
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor creates their work schedule, allotting for documentation time
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, pre-licensed Counselor reports to Program Director
• Pre-licensed Counselor receives supervision hours

LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, Pre-Licensed Counselor Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• Ability to obtain MT Licensure or registration with Montana Board of Behavioral Health
• New Graduates with previous experience in Mental Health, welcome to apply
• Ability to learn quickly, work well in a team and independently
• On-site work

LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, Pre-Licensed Counselor Compensation:

• 72K-88K DOE
