- Conduct data analysis and report building
- Ensure mandatory reporting per state/federal regulations
- Coordinate PI projects organization-wide
- Maintain and update the quality plan to meet regulatory requirements
- Provide updates to Board Members and stakeholders
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Maintain continued education relevant to the role and regulations
- Provide education to QI committee members, department leaders, healthcare providers, and new hires
- Assist with survey preparation and action planning
- Maintain records of PI activities, action plan results, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Assist in the development new policies and procedures
- Serves as an active member on the Compliance and Safety Committee
